Nashville SEAL: Jameson, is one of my favorite books so far. Unlike my other books, this Book 2 might usher in a Book 3, and I’ve never done that with one couple or character before. I’m finding it easy to feel the character again the second time around, rather than have Jameson come back as a secondary character in a new book. I guess the writing Gods would say I’m not done with him yet!
As I write this, I’m reviewing the audio book, which will be out in early September. My narrator, singer-songwriter and former Country star, J.D. Hart, has put music to some of the fictional songs my character has written. This part of the process he does for me so easily, I shouldn’t be surprised any longer. But it thrills me when I’m listening to the audio, and all of a sudden he breaks into song!
Perhaps this is not traditional, but hey, I’m lucky enough to have a former Nashville star to narrate my books, so when I have a character based in part on his real life, I’ll accept anything he throws my way. I don’t write cowboys, but a Nashville star who becomes a Navy SEAL. The gift of this talented narrator’s voice continues to amaze me.
Hope you enjoy my Nashville SEAL: Jameson, now in print, and on all retailers. You can find all the links here on my website.
NASHVILLE SEAL: JAMESON
Jameson and Lizzie’s story begins with their beautiful wine country wedding, and the journey to becoming a new family with Charlotte. Now a Navy SEAL, an elite members of Kyle Lansdowne’s legendary SEAL Team 3, Jameson’s final farewell to Nashville and his signing career nearly topple everything with the appearance of an old girlfriend. Lizzie has to weather the long good-bye when Jameson deploys for his first dangerous mission. But there is perhaps greater danger at home for the SEAL families while the men are away.
Can’t wait to hear JD sing and narrate this one. Wishing Sharon all the best with it
Thanks, Julie. He’s doing a wonderful job, as usual. I’m so lucky to have someone not only so talented, but with such a great work ethic. I know you won’t be disappointed.
JD has an amazing voice and love his singing. I can’t wait!!
Thanks, Eniko. I totally agree!!
Sharon,
This questions I does not relate to your books. But as being an organic gardener i, wondered if you do any home canning for the veggies you grow? And possibly a recipe for home made pesto. I home can many kinds of veggies, stews, sun dries tomatoes, soups, even meals in a jar. I wanted to add the pesto because I use in a variety of things and wanted to add it with the variety of goodies i put up every year. I have the recipe to make pesto, it’s just the process of canning it I need info on. I would think it would be processed in a hot water bath versus pressure cooker canning.I see it in the store all the time so I know it can be done.
Thank you so much with any help you may be able to give me.
Respectfully,
Jan Davidson

Jan,
I used to take ribbons in the County Fair for my jam, but I don’t can anymore. I can get a pie out there now and then. I would recommend checking out one of the good Italian cookbooks for pesto. I’ve made it before, but I’m sure it’s a recipe online. Francis Ford Coppola has a great Italian cookbook out from his mother and grandmother. You might find something there.
Sorry I can’t be of more help.
