Can you believe how fast this year has gone? One more month and it will be 2016.
This year has been a busy one for me. I had three books published–or four, depending on how you look at it. The first Barkery & Biscuits Mystery, BITE THE BISCUIT, came out in May. Then there was CANADIAN WOLF, the seventh paranormal romance in my Alpha Force miniseries for Harlequin Nocturne, about a covert military unit of shapeshifters. And then my second Superstition Mystery was published, KNOCK ON WOOD, which came out in October.
I mentioned four books, though, because I also had one of my earliest ones, to which I’d gotten the rights back, republished in e-form on Kindle: ONCE A CAVALIER, a time-travel romance that features my loves, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, as one of the reasons my heroine travels back to the time of King Charles II of England.
I’ve another of my oldies coming out on Kindle, too, and that might still happen this year: THE BALLAD OF JACK O’DAIR, another time-travel romance, in which the heroine travels back to the Alaskan gold rush because she’d do anything to learn the end of that ballad she’s heard part of in the present.
Next year promises to be busy, too. Once more, I’ll have three books published! My next Barkery & Biscuits Mystery, TO CATCH A TREAT, will be a May release. Next will come a Harlequin Romantic Suspense, in August–title yet to be determined, but it’s part of my non-witness protection miniseries. Then, in October, my third Superstition Mystery will be published, UNLUCKY CHARMS.
I’m always working on more, too. I don’t know for sure what’ll happen in 2017, but a lot, I hope.
How about you? Do you have plans for 2016 and 2017? In any event, I hope you’re having a wonderful holiday season!
