Bringing Back the Fun

I’ve been writing for a long time—which is fun.

I’ve had a lot of stories published—57 traditionally published books in fact, so far—some of which have been in series that are now ended. They include several mysteries series, such as my Kendra Ballantyne, Pet-Sitter Mysteries, and my Pet Rescue Mysteries.

Neither one is current. Yet, they are!

The Kendra books are now available as ebooks.

And the Pet Rescue Mysteries are in the process of being republished as ebooks and audio books!

In fact, as of a couple of days ago, September 13, the first three Pet Recue Mysteries are back: Beaglemania, The More the Terrier, and Hounds Abound.

More to come, but I’m delighted that these three are back. They’re available in various formats, including Kindle, Apple, Kobo and Nook and you can also find the audio versions at Amazon.

I loved writing the stories way back when, and I still love them. Maybe it’s because I really love dogs.

In any case, I’m delighted that the fun is continuing!

One reader who comments will win a copy of my first Kendra Ballantyne, Pet-Sitter Mystery SIT, STAY, SLAY.

I saw the title of your book Sit, Stay, Slay some time ago and thought it was so clever and funny. It caught my attention, so much that I remembered it.
I never thought before this that a pet sitter would run into trouble—Romanticized version of the job in my head—but of course they would!
I’m going to go to your website and check out your other books.

Stories from The Pit

When I showed up for my first full-time shift in the emergency department, the official house of medicine had not yet recognized emergency medicine as a bona fide clinical specialty.
