Mechele started writing stories with the crayons in her Crayon box and hasn't stopped since. She played in several genres before coming back to her two first loves, things that go bump in the night and romance, having grown up on a steady diet of Stephen King and Kathleen Woodiwiss. Her first novel was born in a trial by fire while she learned the writing craft. Currently living in Virginia, she writes while playing Mom to two girls and a bunch of naked Barbies.
