She tries to help her besieged friends but becomes embroiled in the conflict when the leader of the enemy forces, Cerin Tesar, recognizes her as holding the key to his victory. Through her psionic powers, the Guardians of Alara become aware of the conflict. Combined, this group manages to defeat Cerin Tesar and stop him from his ultimate goal: attuning to a powerful and mysterious Artifact, but not before alliances are betrayed and sacrifices are made to stop him.
