Sacrilege
by Susan Squires

Originally published May 2003 in the anthology THE ONLY ONE with stories by Christine Feehan and Susan Grant, SACRILEGE is once again available for fans who have been asking about it. A novella of 33,000 words, SACRILEGE is part of The Companion Regency Vampire series.

Vampire Magda Ravel has spent two hundred years locked away in Mirso Monastery, striving to master her addiction to drinking the last drop by banning all emotion, under the tutelage of Pietr Vladamiroff. Both are denying the soul-deep bond that has grown up between them. Pietr sends Magda out into modern day San Francisco to prove to her that she has changed. When the Eldest discovers Pietr’s love, he sends his most powerful vampire warrior to hunt Magda. Only Pietr can stand between Magda and true death, as they learn to fight for a love their kind considers SACRILEGE.
