The Truth About Vampires
by Lydia Parks

Nathan runs into a woman in Atlanta who has strange and unwanted effects on him. When she touches him, he's incapacitated and thrown into his past to relive sexual exploits. By the time he recovers from each episode, the woman is gone.

Nathan must find out who she is, and enlists the help of his good friend, Terra. When he finally faces the woman, Rebecca Good, he discovers that she's a witch, and that she knows the truth about vampires. Will he survive their encounter? And has his curiosity placed Terra in the path of danger?

Lydia Parks' Bio

Lydia Parks grew up in New Orleans, the home of Dixieland jazz, Creole cooking, and thrilling ghost stories. Although she moved from her hometown years ago, Lydia carries an appreciation for the romantically mysterious city in her heart.

After running off to Alaska to enjoy a taste of the Wild West pipeline days, Lydia returned to the Lower 48 and earned a Master's degree in engineering. She has lived all over the United States from Mississippi to Alaska, and even worked an assignment in Siberia. While moving around, she stumbled onto the joy of her life: writing.

Lydia lives in New Mexico with her own personal hero, and writes sexy vampires and shape-shifters for Kensington and Harlequin. Her first vampire novel for Kensington, Addicted, is a finalist in the 2008 Romantic Times book awards. She also has a number of vampire e-books published by eXtasy Books.
