Date with Destiny

Widow Carmen Perez was about to sell the historic building at 10 Sandringham Drive in Seattle to Katherine Kinard for her day-care center. But what would happen to Carmen's sons, who lived there now? Carmen dreamed of having daughters-in-law, a house full of grandchildren...and Carmen was a woman who believed in giving destiny a helping hand...

A package marked "R. Perez" arrived on the doorstep of 10 Sandringham Drive. Inside was a tuxedo. But for which R. Perez—Rick, Rafe or Rob? The brothers didn't need a tux, so Rick stashed it away. But fate hadn't sent this tuxedo to sit in a closet. It was destined to lead each of these men to the altar!
