Pregnant and unmarried, she left town…now, Cassie Collins has returned to reconnect with her oldest friends, the Calamity Janes, and put her troubles behind her. ONE LAST CHANCE
(originally published August 2001 as Courting the Enemy in Silhouette Special Edition #1411 in mass market paperback and May 2015 as The Calamity Janes: Cassie & Karen in mass market paperback and eBook and February 2019 as One Last Chance in eBook)

Karen Hanson’s oldest friends, the Calamity Janes, urged her to sell her struggling ranch and pursue her lifelong dreams of travel. But the only bidder for her land was brooding, enigmatic Grady Blackhawk — her late husband’s worst enemy. How could she sell the land to him? Spending time with him might cost Karen a lot more than her ranch because Mr. Blackhawk was becoming less interested in claiming her land…and more intent on claiming her heart.

HOME TO STAY
(originally published August 2001 as To Catch a Thief in Silhouette Special Edition #1418 in mass market paperback and June 2015 as The Calamity Janes: Gina & Emma in mass market paperback and eBook and April 2019 as Home to Stay in eBook)

Gina Petrillo thought she was on the run from her troubles…but they followed her home to Winding River, Wyoming. City-slicker lawyer Rafe O’Donnell is in hot pursuit of Gina, and he doesn’t intend to let his suspect out of his sight, even though Gina’s mouthwatering kisses are irresistible. And while Rafe is out to catch a thief — she just might steal his heart!

Sherryl Woods' Bio

Author of some 100 romance and mystery novels, Sherryl Woods grew up in Virginia. She divides her time between Key Biscayne, Florida and Colonial Beach, Virginia, the small, river-front town where she spent her childhood summers and where she now owns a bookstore.

A graduate of Ohio State University School of Journalism, Sherryl spent more than ten years as a journalist, most of them as a television critic for newspapers in Ohio and Florida. For several years she also coordinated a motivational program for the more than 8,000 employees at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Medical Center.

Her first book, RESTORING LOVE, was published in 1982 by Dell Candlelight Ecstasy under the pseudonym of Suzanne Sherrill. Her second book, SAND CASTLES, under the pseudonym of Alexandra Kirk, was published later that same year by Bantam. She began using her own name when she moved to the Second Chance at Love line at Berkley Publishing. In 1986, she began writing full-time and also began her long career at Silhouette Books with the Desire title NOT AT EIGHT, DARLING, set in the world of television which she covered for so many years.

In addition to her more than 70 romances for Silhouette Desire and Special Edition, she has written thirteen mysteries --- nine in the Amanda Roberts series and four in the Molly DeWitt series. She has also written 11 mainstreams novels, with the 11th -- THE BACKUP PLAN -- due out from MIRA Books in March, 2005 .

When she's not writing, reading or selling books, Sherryl loves to garden, though she's not at her best on a riding lawn mower. She also loves tennis, theater, and ballet, even though her top spin has long since vanished, she's never set foot on a stage, and she's way too uncoordinated to dance. She also loves baseball and claims anyone who's ever seen Kevin Costner in "Bull Durham" can understand why.
