British-born Penelope Neri is the award-winning author of thirty novels in the historical romance and romantic suspense genre. She has also contributed novellas to several romance anthologies. The mother of three grown children, Penelope lives in exotic Hawaii with her husband of thirty-five years, and their two dogs.
