Content for individual author newsletters should be sent to and For routine newsletters, please send your content at least 5 business days before your newsletter is scheduled to go out. For quick announcements on price drops or other time-sensitive information, we can schedule a faster turnaround.  Contact for details.

Google Chrome now marks sites as “unsafe” if they do not use SSL (that is, if you cannot reach the site using https).  If you do not yet have SSL on your site and would like us to install it, we can do so for $25/year if you are hosted on our server. Please contact me at if you’d like us to add SSL to your site.

For our authors who use WordPress, we now offer a  Writerspace Newsletter Plugin to make it simple to add a newsletter form to any page or sidebar on your site.  We’re happy to set this up for you. Just contact Cissy.  If you’re a do-it-yourselfer, you may download the plugin here.

    If we manage a monthly contest for you, please send info on next month’s prize by the 20th of the previous month.  New contests go up on the 1st of each month at midnight.
  • New Release info to
    To help us to promote your upcoming e-release(s), please send your title, expected release date, cover, blurb and ISBN (or Amazon ASIN / Barnes & Noble BSID). Must be received by the 20th to be included in the next month’s promotion.


  • Author News blurb to
    Blurbs can be about upcoming signings, a great review, your latest cover — anything you’d like your readers to know about you or your books. NO MORE THAN 200 WORDS PLEASE. The Author News newsletter goes out near the end of each month, so we must receive your blurb no later than the 25th.
