reyke - At the RT book fair, just make sure you get a list of authors and the rows they are supposed to be in and you should find your place(s) with minimal difficulty. the big problem has been getting all the books to arrive on time and get delivered to the right tables before the fair starts. attendees of the convention get into the fair first, then it is opened to the public.
