teresciaharvey - I like any book that you write, whether it's contemporary, historical, or futuristic, but I have to admit that the regency's are my absolute favorites. But...what led you to write such sexy regencies when most of the regencies being published at the time were short and "sweet"?

Jayne/Amanda - Niteowl: Uh, it isn't just one book a year from my point of view. Remember, I also write as Jayne Ann Krentz and then there's the occasional Jayne Castle and this year I did TWO Jayne Ann Krentz books and suddenly it adds up to a lot of writing!

williska - I'm a huge fan - I have two book shelves filled with books - I love some of the earlier stuff, when the men were almost evil like in "The Family Way" or "Dreams". I notice that the newer books are more sweet. Sign of the time and reader's preference or is this your style?

I've always written what I wanted to write and I find that as I get older the conflicts I enjoy writing about tend to be a bit different than they were in the old days. I'm more interested in characters who are feeling their way into a partnership, if you see what I mean. But basically still honorable and stubborn and intelligent.
