Busy month! Next weekend I will be at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, I’ll be volunteering in the afternoon at the Los Angeles Romance Authors booth, and on Sunday I’ll be signing at the Sisters in Crime booth, staffing the Mystery Writers of America booth, then signing again at the Mystery Ink booth.
The following weekend I will be in Bethesda, Maryland, for Malice Domestic, the annual conference that’s all about cozy mysteries, their writers and readers. I’ll be on a panel there: The “Paws” That Detect. Yes, I’ll be there with others whose mysteries contain pets.
All of this is somewhat of a prelude to the next two months. In May, my third Barkery & Biscuits Mystery BAD TO THE BONE will be published. Then, in June, comes PROTECTOR WOLF, the eighth paranormal romance in my Alpha Force miniseries for Harlequin Nocturne, about a covert military unit of shapeshifters.
And I haven’t mentioned the other appearances I’ll have, including at the Ridge Writers in Ridgecrest, California, and the Glendale, California, central library branch reopening. Plus, I’ll be at the Mysterious Galaxy Bookstore’s Birthday Bash. But now I’m encroaching into May.
I hope you’re enjoying your April. I’m definitely enjoying mine!
